principle
The exhaust gas first enters the steam water separator, which is designed to contain water vaporUnder the action of centrifugal force, HCL gas makes the liquid flow into the drainage outlet of the equipment, and the gas passes through the combined demisting device and enters the packless spray purification tower. The gas enters the tower from the air inlet below the tower body. Under the power of the fan, it quickly fills the air inlet section space, and then rises evenly. Under the action of the circulating pump, the alkali liquor is evenly distributed to each liquid distribution pipe, and fills the entire tower space in the form of fog. It is fully saturated with the rising gas, and quickly and thoroughly carries out the chemical reaction, so that the standard gas after the intermediate treatment is discharged into the atmosphere.
